Chorlton High School is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support pupils and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
What Could Your Day Look Like? Supervising classes across 11-16 year olds during teacher absences Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning Supporting pupils with their work and answering basic questions where appropriate Ensuring a positive, safe, and productive learning environment Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress Working collaboratively as part of a supportive school team Could This Be You? Do you have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting? Are you confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour? Do you have strong communication and organisational skills? Are you adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils?
