Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy.
Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
Support the school's ethos and contribute to a positive learning environment.

A genuine interest in working with young people.
Confidence, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively.
IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in schools is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

Hours of work: Casual, hours as and when required, (half days and full days depending on need)
Working pattern: Flexible, term time only
