Responsible for the day-to-day cover for absent staff, ensuring all lessons are covered.
Maintaining student data in our MIS to ensure all information is current and accurate.
Supporting with the setup and administration of the inclusion system.
Responsible for overseeing the annual review administrative processes.
Working collaboratively with the operations manager on the production and upload of the school census.
Assisting the Headteacher with timetabling, student curriculum, year 7 admissions and year-end.
Providing support to the Exams clerk with tasks appropriate to the role.

Achieved a level of education/and or experience equivalent of 5+ GCSE'S A-C (4-9)
Sound knowledge of Administration Systems & procedures
High Level of accuracy for entering, checking and analysing data.
Sound knowledge of MIS Student details & Assessment Manager
Ability to respond quickly and positively to unanticipated problems and situations
Excellent organisational skills.
