Cover Cleaning Operative

Solo Service Group are recruiting a cover cleaner to join our team on a permanent cover basis at YGG Rhydywaun, Lawrence Avenue, penywaun, Rhondda Cynon Taf. CF44 9ES We are looking for a passionate cleaner to join our team and our growing business, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team. Weekly Hours - Any cover required to support the team on site. Availability would be required often at short notice to work between the parameters shown below: Days of Work - Monday to Friday Shift Times - 15:30-18:00 Rate of Pay - £12.71 Enhanced DBS is required for this position. Main duties and responsibilities include:-

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in designated areas.
• To ensure cleaning is kept to a high standard in your area that you clean. This includes, dusting, dusting of skirting boards and hand rails, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins and wiping down of surfaces.
• cleaning toilets/washroom areas, ensuring toilet paper, hand towels and soap etc is replenished.
• cleaning of staff room, vacuuming, cleaning tables, empty bins and cleaning kitchen areas.
You will also:
• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
