clients through a litigation friend, often the Official Solicitor, to challenge their deprivation of liberty and ensure that they are cared for in the least restrictive conditions conducive to their safety.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join our growing team, with a focus on health and welfare matters.You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, representing vulnerable clients and their families in complex and sensitive matters.Typical responsibilities will include:Managing Court of Protection (welfare) cases from instruction to conclusionAdvising clients, litigation friends, and family membersPreparing applications, statements, and court documentationRepresenting clients at hearings and liaising with counsel where appropriateWorking with local authorities, medical professionals, and other agenciesEnsuring compliance with Legal Aid requirements and funding processesAbout YouWe are looking for a solicitor who:Is qualified in England & WalesHas
