Job DescriptionCourt of Protection SolicitorTaunton, Somerset | Hybrid Working | NQ to Associate | 1+ Year ExperienceThe RoleA well-established and fast-growing regional law firm in Taunton is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its successful and expanding team.This opportunity is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or lawyer with up to 4-5 years' PQE who already has experience in Court of Protection and Property & Affairs work.You will manage your own Court of Protection caseload and advise clients, families, deputies and other professionals on a range of Property and Financial Affairs matters.Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of Court of Protection Property & Affairs matters Overseeing bank accounts, investments, benefits and day-to-day financial decisions Preparing Court of Protection applications and supporting documentation Liaising with clients, families, deputies and the Office of the Public Guardian Drafting witness statements and court applications
