The Role


Act on Court of Protection matters for clients with catastrophic injuries, including brain injury, spinal injury, and other life-changing conditions



  • Manage financial, welfare, and property decisions for incapacitated clients

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where appropriate

  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management


The Candidate



  • A qualified solicitor with significant Court of Protection experience at partner level

  • Experience in catastrophic injury, brain injury, or serious personal injury cases

  • Commercially minded, confident in client management and business development

  • Able to work collaboratively with other partners and across the wider firm
