Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Tamworth 
Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently, while also supporting general warehouse operations as required.

Requirements

•             Minimum 2 years' experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks

•             Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences/certificates

•             Full UK Driving Licence

•             Previous warehouse experience

•             Good understanding of health and safety procedures

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
  
  
• Loading and unloading vehicles
  
  
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
  
  
• Putting stock away and replenishing pick locations
  
  
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  
  
• Conducting stock checks and inventory counts
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  
  
• Following all health and safety procedures
  
  
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
  
  
• Good communication skills
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
