About the team
Our award-winning Counter Fraud team is a collaborative and high-performing group of legal professionals based in Media City. The team specialises in complex, litigated fraud claims and is known for delivering results-driven solutions for our insurer clients. What you'll be doing
- Managing your own caseload of complex, litigated non-DA fraud matters
- Handling predominantly hourly rate motor fraud claims through to resolution
- Ensuring claims are progressed professionally, efficiently, and in line with client expectations
- Working within our case management system to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Meeting MI reporting requirements and adhering to Client Service Level Agreements
- Conducting advocacy at applications and Case Management Conferences where required
- Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge through training and sharing insights with colleagues and clients
What do I need?
- Previous experience managing a full and varied caseload in a similar role
- Experience or knowledge of Personal Injury claims (defendant experience desirable)
- Background in counter-fraud insurance work is preferred
- Open to solicitors, legal executives, or experienced non-qualified claims handlers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Confident communicator, with the ability to engage in advocacy and public speaking
