Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Counsellor to provide Counselling, Therapy and general wellbeing support for students, to enable them to fully participate in an educational programme that prepares them for adulthood. The Counsellor will be involved in providing a high quality Counselling service to our students who require therapeutic support. They must also be able to deliver CBT based programmes where required and to work as pat of a multi-disciplinary team. The role will require the successful candidate to have a diploma, degree or post graduate qualification in Counselling as well as being registered or accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Experience of supporting young people aged 16-25 is essential.For more information about the requirements for the role, please refer to the job description and person specification attached.
