• Provide engineering support to the Commercial team
• Communicate and discuss complete specifications to Engineering & Manufacturing departments
• Understand key customers' products and services
• Communicate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations
• Prepare quote package including drawings, cost estimates and any other required documentation
• Keep informed of supplier pricing, products, and services
• Drive the correct IDEX initiative of 80/20 qualification of opportunities as appropriate.
• Respond to customers and co-workers in a timely and professional manner.
• Actively participates in all customer support programs including development projects.
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
• Support company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions., Communicate company and product values to prospective customers via formal and informal presentations, meetings and communications.
• Research, document and report industry trends, purchasing history and buying trends related to assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate and timely activity reports.
• Participate in assigned meetings, selling events, special training programs.
