Job detailsJob description Corporate Tax Manager | Manchester | Build Your Advisory ExperienceIf you're a Corporate Tax professional ready to take on more responsibility, this Manager role gives you the opportunity to build your advisory experience while managing a strong portfolio of clients.You'll join the Manchester team of a leading UK accountancy firm with international reach, taking responsibility for a varied corporate client portfolio and working closely with Senior Managers and Partners.The work goes well beyond compliance. You'll support and lead advisory projects covering company and group restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, tax due diligence, exit planning and succession, alongside more complex matters involving international tax, transfer pricing, R&D and Patent Box.You'll manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee the delivery of work across your portfolio and identify opportunities where clients could benefit from additional tax advice. You'll also review work

and support the development of more junior members of the team.There's plenty of scope to continue developing technically while gaining greater exposure to advisory work, senior clients and business development.This would suit someone CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified with strong UK Corporate Tax experience, whether you're an established Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step.The firm offers a competitive package alongside hybrid and agile working, core hours, bonus, holiday buy/sell options and structured career development.Interested?
