Full Job Description

Our Corporate Tax Compliance team is a collaborative, tech-enabled group delivering high-quality compliance services across the UK. As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you'll shape outcomes for a varied client portfolio, particularly where experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Pillar 2 is essential. Based across many of our UK offices, you'll work flexibly with limited travel. We're looking for someone proactive, analytical and confident managing relationships. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, developing technical expertise, and working in a supportive, growth-focused team. What your days will look like:

  • You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for your clients, including:
  • Up-front scoping and engagement planning and liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for your clients
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for all corporate tax compliance matters
  • Review and submission of tax accounting schedules and review and submission of corporation tax returns
  • Working across a wide range of clients and technical areas, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as tax accounting, real estate, financial services, private equity, large corporates, private business or Pillar 2

You have strong UK corporate tax skills and sound accounting knowledge, including accounting principles and the ability to interpret statutory accounts
  • You possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA or international equivalent), or have equivalent relevant work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
  • You demonstrate a strong client service ethos and agility to meet client needs
  • You can establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers
  • You are an effective delegator and coach for junior staff
  • Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2 is highly desirable

In order to be the leading professional services firm it's important we have the right values, culture and behaviours embedded throughout our organisation, so our work reflects our purpose and we can successfully deliver our strategy.
  • Our values set the expectations for the way we interact with each other, our clients, and in the communities in which we operate. These values, and the behaviours that they require from us, are relevant to all our people regardless of grade. They support a culture that empowers our people to be the best they can be, through challenging experiences and encouraging our people to speak up to make the firm a better place. We want all our people to understand and embrace the culture and personally feel part of the legacy this will create for our future employees. We're a hugely diverse business, bound together by our purpose - to build trust in society and solve important problems for our clients and the communities in which we operate. We believe we can make the biggest impact when our purpose is embedded within everything we do.
