Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and conscientious Corporate Support Administrator to join the new Corporate Support Team supporting the Corporate Support Officer, who supports the Chief Executive Officer, including the Executive Management Team. Working as part of the Corporate Support Team you will play an integral role ensuring our council works effectively supporting senior leaders through the delivery of high quality, flexible and proactive business support. In this role you will undertake a range of business support tasks including but not limited to scheduling, planning and organising key meetings, producing agendas, preparation of detailed and accurate notes and documents, organising and managing information and paperwork. To succeed in this role you must be able to build and maintain strong working relationships. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working at pace within a small Executive Support Team, has a keen eye for detail and is confident at completing administrative duties to support the Corporate Support Team. You will be based at County Hall with hybrid working arrangements.
- Good general education demonstrating numeracy and literacy
- Level 2 or equivalent in a business related discipline
- Experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures
- Experience in using office applications on a personal computer.
