They have particular expertise in Private Equity, across all areas of the sector, with the team comprising not only corporate lawyers but also specialists in banking, fund formation, tax and employment.This role however is focussed more on Corporate Governance matters, where you will get the opportunity to work closely with corporate clients in a more advisory capacity.It will provide a great training and insight into the inner-workings of organisations. As
