Full Job Description
What you'll do day to day
- Completing all administration paperwork for fleet department vehicle sales.
- Running and updating daily stock reports.
- Allocation of registrations, ordering leasing company packs and accessories.
- Liaise with PDI centre to ensure vehicle preparation.
- Registering sold vehicles to regulated standards.
- Using in house spreadsheets to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Liaising with the sales and sales support teams regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets whilst maintaining strong attention to detail - Strong teamwork skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Confident computer skills
