Full Job Description
Crowe is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive for our Kent office in Maidstone. The role covers Transaction Support and Lead Advisory, supporting due diligence, data room work, and the preparation of Information Memoranda and financial models.
You will liaise with clients, funders and intermediaries, and contribute to pitch preparations. The ideal candidate will have an audit background with enthusiasm for Corporate Finance; ACA/ACCA qualifies you, and a UK driving licence is required.
