Full Job Description
Corporate Commercial Solicitor sought for a full-time role in Shrewsbury, offering £45,000 to £55,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits. You will join an established team advising owner-managed firms, SMEs, and larger organisations across Shropshire. The caseload covers acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures, delivering pragmatic counsel to a varied client base. Strong drafting, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential, alongside a solid grasp of corporate law. - Join an established and growing Corporate & Commercial team, advising a diverse range of businesses from owner-managed companies and SMEs through to larger corporate organisations.
- You will handle a broad and varied caseload a of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice and building strong relationships with clients.
- Responsibilities will include advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
- You will also have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing, consultancy and trading agreements.
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in Corporate & Commercial Law. Candidates at a variety of PQE levels will be considered, provided they can demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent client-care skills.
