Corporate Account Handler

We're partnering with a well-established independent insurance broker in Colchester who are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Corporate Account Handler to manage a portfolio of large sized clients across a variety of sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in servicing, renewals, re-broking, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll also have the chance to contribute to business development from existing clients and referrals - no cold calling required., Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day queries
Re-market policies and negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage
Advise clients on suitable cover across a range of commercial lines, including property, liability, motor, and packages
Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered to a high standard
Build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and underwriters

Proven experience as a Corporate Account Handler within the insurance industry
Strong technical knowledge across a variety of commercial insurance products
Confident in client communication and insurer negotiation
Organised, professional, and driven to deliver excellent client outcomes
Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable but not essential)

Package:
Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, flexible for the right candidate
