Introduction
The role-holder will carry out a unique, hybrid role, assisting two sister-departments within Administration. The role-holder will be required to communicate/liaise with various internal stakeholders, use internal and external databases and demonstrate strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

What You'll Do
- Review the registration status via Song View on our Royalty Portal.
- Full review of new catalogue song data, ensuring worldwide registrations are in place and accounted for.
- Running reports from the in-house database and analysing data to identify possible gaps in income for the team to review.
- Gathering relevant royalty statements and other relevant historical documentation (client contracts etc.) to support SMP’s audit procedures.
Training Outcome
Sony are dedicated to developing talent through apprenticeships. This programme could lead to a full-time role beyond the apprenticeship.
