Full Job Description
As a Commercial Coordinator at Appello you will be responsible for ensuring all Appello customers have contracts set up for legal and billing purposes. Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating contracts and maintaining the contract database
- Monitoring contract performance, renewals, and compliance
- Ensuring all issued sims are being invoiced for working with the Sim Card Asset Manager
- Highlighting risks and commercial opportunities in existing agreements
- Communicating with the customer to arrange billing outside of warranty and organise purchase orders
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer's needs., A good general standard of secondary education. - GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent or NVQ Level 2/3.
- A business related qualification is desirable., Proven track record in coordinating business services/requirements
- Communication at B2B level and an understanding of good business practice is essential.
- Highly effective & professional written and verbal communication, relevant work history to evidence this. KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills are fundamental in this role alongside good level of skill in Word, Outlook and Microsoft 365 suite.
- The ability to interpret, handle and analyse large data sets is essential.
- Core administration skills including letter writing and organisational skills are required. In addition, some advanced Word skills are required. PERSONAL QUALITIES
