Full Job Description

As a Commercial Coordinator at Appello you will be responsible for ensuring all Appello customers have contracts set up for legal and billing purposes. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating contracts and maintaining the contract database
  • Monitoring contract performance, renewals, and compliance
  • Ensuring all issued sims are being invoiced for working with the Sim Card Asset Manager
  • Highlighting risks and commercial opportunities in existing agreements
  • Communicating with the customer to arrange billing outside of warranty and organise purchase orders

    You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer's needs., A good general standard of secondary education.
  • GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent or NVQ Level 2/3.
  • A business related qualification is desirable., Proven track record in coordinating business services/requirements
  • Communication at B2B level and an understanding of good business practice is essential.
  • Highly effective & professional written and verbal communication, relevant work history to evidence this.
  • KNOWLEDGE
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills are fundamental in this role alongside good level of skill in Word, Outlook and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • The ability to interpret, handle and analyse large data sets is essential.
  • Core administration skills including letter writing and organisational skills are required. In addition, some advanced Word skills are required.
