Experteer Overview In this role you lead Tatler's copy desk, shaping witty headlines, sells, and captions across Tatler's platforms. You'll drive editorial quality, manage a fast-paced workflow, and mentor the copy team to maintain Tatler's distinctive tone. You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and adapt as editorial standards evolve. • Oversee Tatler's copy desk to produce witty headlines, sells, and captions Lead fact-checking and ensure error-free copy Own the copy-editing workflow across main magazine, supplements and other platforms Occasionally edit raw copy when needed Develop copy team skills and capability Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow Flag potential legal issues and sign off final pages after Cromalin reads Liaise with production on Cromalin and Sherpa revisions Tasks Senior copy editor experience Strong organisational skills Ability to embed Tatler's tone across pieces Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, InCopy) and CMS experience Proven team-management capabilities Calm, methodical approach in fast-paced environments Key requirements 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pension scheme Bupa Private Healthcare Season ticket loans eye tests wellbeing tools and flexible hours
