Full Job Description
As a Copilot & AI Agent Engineer, you'll get hands-on with Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI, designing, building and deploying intelligent solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and wider enterprise systems. You'll help us work out how AI agents can operate securely and reliably at serious scale, contributing to services supporting over 100,000 users. You don't need to know everything from day one. You'll get coaching, training and support to grow your expertise. Experience with Azure, APIs, Entra ID, PowerShell, CI/CD, monitoring or automation would be useful, but isn't essential. If you want to move beyond experimenting with AI and start engineering it for the real world, this could be the role for you.
- Proven ability to integrate with Microsoft 365 workloads (such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform), using workflow orchestration tools like Power Automate or Logic Apps.
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Graph, JSON, REST APIs and connectors.
- Proven experience of data security and permissions within Microsoft 365 environments with outcomes.
- Evidence of how AI-driven Co-pilots function, including prompts, responses and grounding in organisational data.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Co-pilot technologies or comparable AI development platforms, including the use of agents, co-pilots or intelligent automation to meet business needs.
