We're seeking an ambitious Cook Supervisor to join our team and become a driving force behind an exceptional school catering facility! You'll be a key player, assisting with both the operations excellence and financial performance of your kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the managing and improving all controllable costs, including stock, food and labour
- Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day.
- Oversee menu development and drive sales through exciting monthly promotions and added-value events.
- Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met
We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Chef Supervisor ready to take ownership of the kitchen's day-to-day success. If you're a dynamic chef who thrives on leading by example and driving standards, you'll need: - Hands-On Excellence: You have fantastic craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients to deliver exceptional quality food.
- Motivational Leader: Proven supervisory experience-you know how to coach, motivate, and inspire to develop a happy, high-performing team.

You'll work Monday to Friday during school term time - that means no late nights, no weekends and no working at Christmas! - 35 hours per week
