Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes. Assist with special events or catering services as required. Requirements: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Catering experience in a commercial kitchen. Excellent culinary skills with the, ability to prepare a wide range of

dishes, Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. A passion for cooking and creating innovative meal options for tenants. Professional and the ability to work with various backgrounds and cultures. Desirable Experience: Health and Safety / COSHH training certificate. Food Safety Level 2 or 3, with a willingness to be further trained.
