A minimum of 12 months on your right to work A background within kitchens and understanding of how to run a professional kitchen Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or supporting complex dietary requirements is essential This is a part time position, working, 20.5, The role of a chef/cook with Agincare goes beyond just cooking. You will be collaborating with the home manager and residents to develop and implement menu ideas, taking the opportunity to show creativity during themed days and events. This position requires working closely with other staff to ensure the specific nutritional and dietary needs of residents are met, including modified food textures and allergy management. You are required to manage the kitchen, overseeing stock management and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
