The Willows is a newly refurbished care facility which will focus on supporting 24 males with:

• neuro degenerative conditions,
• mental health diagnosis
• acquired brain injury presentations
• physical disabilities
Our mission is to create a safe, enriching environment where every resident and employee feels valued and supported. Our Cook is a vital role in this mission! About the role Nutrition is an important part of providing the perfect care to our service users, and the Cook does just this! You will have all dietary and cultural requirements, and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our service users. Responsibilities
• Preparing nutritious meals for service users in line with guidelines/ requirements
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment
• Maintain inventory of kitchen equipment and produce
• Utilise knowledge of HACCP and current food regulations
• Interaction with service users to reflect their food choices
  
  Food hygiene level 2 certification
• Previous experience of food preparation and cooking in a commercial/ domestic/ hospital or care setting
• Warm, approachable personality to engage with service users and vulnerable adults with ease
• Confident managing kitchen alone including cleanliness
