We are looking for a Cook to work on an as and when basis To prepare, cook and serve quality meals and refreshments with a focus on in-patients, with a minimal offering to visitors and staff To maintain cleanliness and safe working of the kitchen equipment. To take payment for food and beverages over the counter for St Helena Hospice, Prepare all food options with a focus on good nutrition and budgets demands.

Someone who can think on their feet Someone who is kind, courteous and patient Someone who is passionate about making a difference Someone who can work in a team and occasionally on their own Someone who takes pride in their role at the hospice Must have:

• City and Guilds in Catering level C or above
• NVQ level 2 in Catering
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Allergen Awareness Certificate
