Full Job Description
You will be either Solicitors, CILEXs or Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) with experience dealing with a range of Residential Property conveyancing matters.
Caseload includes sales/purchases, re-mortgages, auction sales, new build sales as well as a significant number of Shared Ownership transations. Any additional experience with enfranchisement or commercial sales/transfers and leases would be an advantage.
individuals must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems, additional/secretarial support will be on hand.
Very relaxed practice in terms of working hours/billing targets ect.
