Our well-established client are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy residential property team, based at their Brighton office.
This role involves supporting fee earners and paralegals with administrative tasks, liaising with clients and professionals, and helping to progress conveyancing files.

· Candidates should be able to make telephone calls and deal with enquiries
· Meticulous and thorough in their approach with an attention to detail
· Act in a professional and conscientious manner
· Show a friendly and "can do" attitude
· Think on their feet and be proactive
· Ability and flexibility to work as a member of a team
· Should have experience of working for fee earners who act for lenders
