Conveyancing AssistantFarehamSalary dependent on experienceOur well-established client has a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Fareham office.The Role & Responsibilities:· Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters· Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for client.· Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files· Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file.Person Specification:· The successful candidate will be experienced preferably in this area of law.· This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.· Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts· Commitment to providing excellent client care· Excellent IT skills
