Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£8k+ once established)
Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious New Build team as a Case Handler. You'll manage your own varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion - with tailored support, bonus schemes that reward your results, and the work-life balance of hybrid working.
What You'll Do:

- Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting conveyancing transactions - we are open to applications from experienced Case Handlers, Conveyancing Assistants looking to step up, those from Estate Agent/Mortgage backgrounds with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Hands-on experience with: Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)
- Searches and sale enquiries (confident in writing up reports, not just ordering)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent telephone manner - confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients and building and managing relationships with developers
- Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
- Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
What You'll Get in Return:
- A supportive, structured 6-month onboarding programme that combines classroom/MS Teams training with a gradual build-up of real-life casework - giving you the tools, confidence, and hands-on support to thrive from day one.
- Competitive quarterly bonus: our case handlers typically earn an average of £8-10k p/a once established, bonus is uncapped and based on your personal performance
- Study support options (employer-funded after 12 months) and ongoing training
- Long-term development opportunities and progression pathways into senior roles
- 22 days holiday (rising to 25) + Bank Holidays, with buy/carry over options
- Employee benefits: death in service, EAP, counselling, and salary sacrifice (tech, nursery fees, gym, cycle, car)
- Extras: free conveyancing, mortgage advice, staff discounts
