Full Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Conversation Designer for a 12 Month FTC in Leeds, with hybrid working. The role focuses on shaping agentic investing experiences, leading conversation design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver natural and effective interactions with customers.

Applicants should bring strong experience in human-centered design, conversational AI, and research-driven decision making, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced D2C Investments team.
