Convenience Area Manager - South West AreasUnited KingdomJob DescriptionWhat You Will DoLead a region of approximately 65 partner franchise stores with a turnover of £70m-£90m, driving business performance, growth, profit and customer satisfaction.Set the standard for great-looking stores, ensuring 100% execution of launches, events and campaigns whilst delivering a positive customer experience and consistently high M&S brand standards.Build strong relationships with partner organisations and M&S regional teams, influencing up to six Partner businesses to improve KPI performance and shape future partnership growth.Support transformation by explaining the 'why', embedding new processes effectively and identifying opportunities to simplify operations, improve efficiency and reduce operational complexity.Challenge and influence Central Support Teams to deliver right first time for customers, colleagues and Partners whilst helping shape solutions to complex operational issues.Create a
