- Leading the safe and successful delivery of highways and civil engineering projects
- Supporting and developing Project Managers and operational teams
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring project performance, programme delivery and financial outcomes
- Promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards
- Managing project risks and supporting effective decision-making

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager who enjoys working collaboratively, developing teams and building positive client relationships., We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, developing others and building positive relationships, alongside: - Previous experience in a Contract Manager or senior leadership role within highways or civil engineering
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial management
- Experience leading multiple projects and teams
- Excellent communication, planning and relationship-building skills
- A good understanding of health, safety and quality requirements
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card
- Full UK driving licence
