Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Team and help deliver robust contract negotiation, formation and management across a complex portfolio of services. You will act as a senior ambassador for the Trust in negotiations with commissioning and provider partners and work closely with clinical, operational and corporate leaders to minimise financial, clinical and operational risk.,
- Lead and support the development, negotiation and management of contracts and service level agreements, working with Divisional and Corporate colleagues.
- Maintain an accurate contracts register, filing systems and up-to-date service specifications.
- Represent the Trust at internal and external meetings relating to the contract portfolio, building effective relationships with commissioning and provider partners.
- Coordinate responses to Contract Performance Notices, including review meetings, action plans and improvement trajectories.
- Provide expert advice and a point of contact on contractual issues, resolving performance/service delivery concerns and escalating where appropriate.
- Support annual planning and ensure alignment to national and local milestones relating to contract negotiations.
