As the first point of contact for potential employees, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and promoting our employer brand. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for recruitment, enjoys working in a fast-paced/ fun environment and who has the ability to work on a variety of roles across different areas of the business. - Proactively source and engage with candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality talent in line with business requirements.
- Talent Pooling potential future candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Working within the People functions to positively contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our 'soon to be launched' applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Promote and enhance the company's employer brand through engagement with potential candidates and active participation in recruitment events.
- Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Represent Vital Energi as an employer of choice, promoting our values and the exciting projects we're involved in.
- Support the People Team and Talent Acquisition Manager with other talent development initiatives.
Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role. - Successful headhunting approach (LinkedIn, other platforms)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple, varied roles at once
- A demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise
- Flexibility to work on other tasks within skill set
- Be able to demonstrate self-motivation
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent Team player
- Driving license is essential
