Contracts Co-ordinator

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a Contracts Coordinator / Operational Administrator to support the smooth running of projects from instruction through to completion. This is a varied and important role within the operational team, supporting live projects, updating customer portals, coordinating information, and ensuring contracts run efficiently across the retail and hospitality division. Performance Objectives

• Supporting contracts from initial instruction through to completion
• Updating customer portals and internal systems
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and operational administration
• Ensuring project information is accurate and up to date
• Supporting the wider contracts and operations team on live projects
  
  Previous experience within construction administration, coordination, or operations support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Confident using IT systems and customer portals
• Construction industry experience would be advantageous
