- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage associated risks, guaranteeing excellence in governance and performance.
- Oversee financial aspects of contracts, ensuring budget adherence and exploring opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
- Foster social value and environmental consciousness in contracts, supporting the council's commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and training to enhance contract management skills across the organisation.
