Contract Support Lead

WPS is looking for a proactive and highly organised Contract Support Lead to join our team, ideally based in Manchester. This is a full-time role supporting the delivery of facilities and property services in a dynamic, busy environment.,

• Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the site team
• Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
• Support reporting, invoicing, and procurement processes
  
  Previous experience in a contract support or facilities administration role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
