We are seeking a Contract Project Administrator to join our team in Bristol, Avonmouth to support the Commercial / Contract Management team ensuring delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements in line with company strategy and both operational and financial targets. What will you be doing? Within this position you will be responsible for: Supports the Commercial / Contract Management team to ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are followed. Contributing to developing processes to improve and maximise growth. Manages the administration of low-mid value contracts in ensuring delivery and maximising financial return. Communicates with internal and external parties in a contract. Builds relationships with stakeholders. Accepts extra duties as situations arise. Profile What are we looking for? The Contract Administrator should thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment, with a hunger to learn the technical expertise and leadership
qualities required to drive success across complex commercial projects. Experience Foundational knowledge of contract terms and construction industry regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them to projects. Personal Attributes A confident and professional manner, with excellent presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively. Determination and resilience: the ability to stay focused and motivated, even in the face of setbacks or challenges. Innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new ways of achieving results, and challenge conventional thinking when necessary.
