Contract Monitoring Assistant

We're creating a new in-house Surveying Team within our Stock Investment Service and are looking for a Contract Monitoring Assistant to help support its success. Working alongside our Building Surveyors, Senior Property Inspectors and Property Inspectors, you'll provide vital administrative and customer support, helping to coordinate inspections, maintain records, liaise with customers and support the monitoring of works across our housing stock. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that plays an important role in improving homes and delivering excellent services to our customers. What you'll be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Surveying Team.
• Arranging inspections and appointments with customers.
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and performance information.
• Assisting with the monitoring of works and contractor performance.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing updates on inspections and works.
• Preparing reports, correspondence and customer communications.
• Supporting customer engagement and consultation activities.

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills?
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach?
• The ability to maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities?
• Experience building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors?
