Contract Management Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Senior Manager to lead contract negotiations and post-contract commercial management across the NHP contract portfolio. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver commercial strategies that maximise value, minimise risk, and support the successful delivery of programme objectives.

• Significant experience in contract and commercial management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A track record of delivering efficiencies, value and risk mitigation.
• The ability to develop and implement strategic commercial approaches.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing teams.

You may opt out at any stage of the process. Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in our offices. Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
