We're looking for a Contract Health, Activity & Wellbeing Manager who will lead the implementation of the Activity, Health and Wellbeing Strategy across the contract. - Take the lead in the activity, health and wellbeing strategy being implemented across the contract area using insight and evidence to shape impactful, sustainable services aligned to local priorities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, public health teams, NHS services, voluntary sector organisations and community groups to maximise reach, impact and accessibility.
- Drive initiatives that reduce health inequalities by increasing activity levels among priority groups
- Oversee and manage the exercise referral programme developing new referral pathways and ensuring quality delivery
- Support residents to live healthier, more active lives by leading and developing community-based health and wellbeing programmes across leisure centres and in local community settings.
- Inspire teams to deliver measurable outcomes and create lasting community impact.
