Contract and Asset Management Lead

• Lead the management of digital contracts, including renewals, performance monitoring, and supplier engagement.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date technology asset register, ensuring full lifecycle oversight from purchase to disposal.
• Monitor contract KPIs, SLAs and supplier performance to ensure value for money and compliance.
• Support procurement processes, business case development, and financial tracking for DDaT-related contracts.
• Drive asset governance, including licence compliance, warranty tracking, refresh planning, and stock control.
• Produce clear, timely reporting on contract performance, asset health, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract and asset outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement across contract and asset management processes, identifying opportunities for cost-savings and efficiency.
• Lead supplier review meetings, ensuring partners deliver to required standards and expectations.
• Provide specialist advice and support to colleagues across DDaT regarding contract, supplier, and asset management.
