Full Job Description
To carry out the administration of the service department in the London Mobile Region. The Role:
- Learning the job system to assist with scheduling, logging & closing down callouts and compliance tasks.
- Liaising with the clients, answering queries and booking works in via email & phone.
- Assisting Service Team with electronic report uploading to CAFM systems.
- Checking and updating the London Mobile engineers schedule.
- Producing purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and any orders required.
- Providing any other reports required for the management team
- Providing cover for the other contract supports in London Mobile Region.
Ability to use job management software - Ability to use Office
