Full Job Description

To carry out the administration of the service department in the London Mobile Region. The Role:

  • Learning the job system to assist with scheduling, logging & closing down callouts and compliance tasks.
  • Liaising with the clients, answering queries and booking works in via email & phone.
  • Assisting Service Team with electronic report uploading to CAFM systems.
  • Checking and updating the London Mobile engineers schedule.
  • Producing purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and any orders required.
  • Providing any other reports required for the management team
  • Providing cover for the other contract supports in London Mobile Region.

    Ability to use job management software
