Full Job Description

An experienced, knowledgeable, registered nurse who is able to work autonomously, making high level decisions

Delivering specialist Continence and Urology Care to Service Users, with an emphasis on delivering a Community Trial Without Catheter Service from assessment through to, examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up following agreed integrated care pathways

To provide expert knowledge, advice and support, to service users, career's and the wider Health and Social Care economy with regards to Trial Without Catheter and Continence.

The post holder will monitor and report effectiveness of the service against agreed targets and be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of service initiatives., This is an established and very experienced team of Registered Nurses,Nurse Associates, Nursery Nurses,Healthcare Workers and Administrators, working across West Cheshire.

We provide Specialist Assessment, Treatment and care to Adults, Children/ Young People who present with Bladder or Bowl problems and also adults with Erectile Dysfunction, requiring Trial Without Catheter to a diverse population
