Content Creator & Social Lead

We are hiring a Content Creator & Social Lead to own the day-to-day execution of content across Instagram and TikTok. This is not a strategy or scheduling role. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who films, edits, posts, and analyses daily and who understands that great content is not just content that looks good. It is content that makes people stop, watch, trust, and buy. You also have good instincts around community and creators. You understand who fits the brand, who converts, and how to keep people engaged not just entertained. Right now, content is our growth engine. If you are the right person, you will directly impact how fast Sachi Skin grows. What You'll Own Content Creation Core Focus

• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTokfrom concept to posted, daily
• Edit natively for platformCapCut, in-app tools, Adobewhatever it takes to make it land
• Turn ideas into live content within 24 hoursspeed is the discipline
• Deliver consistent daily output 1 post per day, quality is non-negotiable
• Hook attention in the first 3 seconds you understand retention, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Shoot photography and static assets for feed, stories, and campaigns
Founder-Led Content
• Work directly with Farah to capture and shape founder content filming, briefing, directing, and editing her videos
• Turn her formulation expertise and Ayurvedic knowledge into content that educates, resonates, and converts
• Translate complex ingredients and clinical science into content people understand and trust
• Move fast ideas to content in hours, not days
Platform Execution & Performance
• Own the content calendar plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram and TikTok using Later.com
• Write captions that feel human, clear, and on-brandnot generic, not AI-generated
• Track what performs views, saves, shares, clicks, and conversion signals every week
• Identify patterns in high-performing content and double downdrop what doesn't work
• React quickly to trends without chasing every one you know the difference between a trend and a distraction
• Feed top-performing organic content into the paid media team for amplification
Community Engagement
• Actively engage with the Sachi Skin communitycomments, DMs, and mentionswith warmth and brand voice
• Identify advocates, potential creators, and high-value customers within the community and flag them for follow-up
• Turn organic excitement comments, saves, shares into UGC, reviews, and affiliate relationships
• Monitor community sentiment and surface insights that inform content direction
Creator & Influencer Support
• Brief creators for UGC with clear hooks, angles, and messaging you understand what makes a brief actually get filmed
• Identify creators who feel authentic to the Sachi Skin brandskin-focused, values-aligned, and ingredient-curious
• Spot creators who can convert, not just creators who look good and flag them to the wider team
• Support light influencer outreach and relationship management where needed not a full influencer management role but your instincts here matter
• Source strong UGC from creators and customers and feed it back into content and paid strategy
• Spot UGC patterns that can be replicated at scale. What do real customers say that makes other people buy?

• Consistent daily content output the calendar is always full and always on-brand
• Clear and measurable improvement in engagement, reach, saves, and shares week on week
• At least 3-5 pieces of content that significantly outperform baseline
