Consumer Lines Account Executive

Experteer Overview In this role you will support growth and strategic initiatives within Chubb's Consumer UK team, working with Partnership Managers and the Head of New Business Development. You'll help shape analytics, value propositions, and broker relationships, while coordinating new deals from inception to go-live. You'll interact with underwriting, marketing, legal, and operations to implement programs and track progress. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a leading insurer with a clear path to influence consumer insurance initiatives. Pay / Benefits

• Support insights, analytics, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions Help create and refine value propositions for partners across key verticals Assist in implementing new strategic deals and partnerships from inception to go-live Support delivery of key business initiatives by managing workstreams and maintaining momentum Help Head of New Business Development identify growth opportunities and prepare for meetings Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations to implement programs Tasks Degree-level education or equivalent experience Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Experience in a professional, client-facing, or project-based environment Experience in professional client relationship management Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level Attention to detail with a persuasive, confident project management approach Experience in insurance, financial services, or related sector is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with consumer insurance products such as travel, A&H, affinity, and personal lines Cert CII or ACII is beneficial but not required Candidates from outside the insurance sector are welcome to apply Key requirements
