Full Job Description

Collaborate with Sales Team to qualify customer requirements and create technical proposals.
Provide technical consultancy to customers pre and post sales including demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilot projects.
Troubleshoot technical enquiries and, where necessary, lead onsite support and handover to internal teams.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships by technical approach.
Support new business activities including customer research, outreach and qualifying leads in collaboration with sales colleagues.
Testing difficult application with Sales Engineer and prepare client proposals, presentations and training tailored to customer needs.

A degree in any discipline (preferably STEM based)
A problem solver with technical know how
Programming/Automation (Vision Experience) preferable but not essential
Some experience in teaching/training/ public speaking
Excellent communication skills
A full UK driving licence
Eligibility to work in the UK by 1 July 2026

Starting salary: £33,000 + location allowance
Quarterly bonus: minimum £5,000 in Year 1 (guaranteed)
